Senior guard Laura Kinderknecht shot 68 percent and averaged 18.5 points a game in two Washburn wins last week. She shot 50 percent from 3-point range as well. Kinderknecht shot 7 of 10 Thursday at Fort Hays State for 18 points. Saturday at Nebraska-Kearney she had 19 points off 8 of 12 shooting. She hit two 3-pointers late in the first half at UNK to help turn an eight-point lead into a 17-point advantage at halftime.
