Paul Alongo won the long jump at the MIAA vs NSIC Showdown with a leap of 7.33m (24-00.75) recording an NCAA provisional qualifying mark and setting a personal record picking up 10 points for the Ichabods. The jump is the 20th-best in the nation this season.
