Sam Carver dominated from the mound in his two relief appearances as he went 1-0 and posted a 1.29 earned run average … the junior lefty fanned 13 UNK hitters including nine in the series finale to help the Ichabod split a doubleheader on Sunday … Carver began the series with a scoreless two-inning appearance during the series where he allowed one hit and struck out four of seven batters faced … in the Sunday nightcap, Carver posted a career-best nine Ks and left the Lopers hitless in four of the five innings he worked, while collecting his first career win with one run on one hit.
