Washburn University Athletics

Brianna Fuchs has been a part of Washburn Softball for two seasons, starting all 79 games played during that time. She was an All-MIAA honorable mention selection in 2019 and holds a career batting average of .343 with 83 hits, 51 runs, and 44 RBI. In 27 games played this season, she led the team in runs (15), was second in hits (25), and was third in RBI (11). Against Maryville on Feb. 22, she went a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate with a walk and three runs scored. Fuchs is from Goddard, Kan. and is majoring in kinesiology.
