Season Stats

TOPEKA, Kan. -- The No. 24 ranked Washburn Ichabods fell 5-4 to No. 26 Northwest Missouri at the Kossover Tennis Center. Washburn will be back in action next Monday against Johnson County.

The Ichabods took two of the three doubles matches to begin the afternoon with Rutger Vliegenberg and Andrew Plum taking an 8-5 decision at No. 1 doubles and Drew Hanson and Ryan Ward winning 8-2 at No. 3 doubles.

The Bearcats won the final four singles matches clinching the 5-4 win over the Ichabods. Vliegenberg and Ward both at No. 1 and No. 2 singles won their matches in straight sets.
