WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- The No. 22-ranked Washburn Ichabods topped the No. 29 Midwestern State Mustangs 5-4 to improve to 4-4 on the season. Washburn will be back in action on Monday against Dallas Baptist.

After dropping two of three doubles matches, the Ichabods rallied to win four singles matches with Emmanuel Laurent wrapping up the win for the Ichabods with a three-set 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 win taking the tiebreaker 7-5 to clinch the win for Washburn.
