TOPEKA, Kan. -- The Washburn Lady Blues tennis team fell 5-4 to Nebraska Omaha in non-conference action on Saturday at the Kossover Tennis Center.

Jamie Blackim and Alyssa Castillo picked up an 8-6 win at No. 1 doubles for Washburn's lone win entering singles play. Morgan Rainey won her singles match at No. 1 while Castillo picked up a straight-set win at No. 4 singles. Kristin McKee won her match at No. 6 singles in three sets. Four of the six singles matches went into a third set.
