EDMOND, Okla. -- The Washburn Ichabod women's tennis team fell 6-3 at Central Oklahoma in MIAA play on Monday. The Ichabods will be back in action on Friday at Northeastern State.

The Ichabods trailed 2-1 at the end of doubles as the No. 1 team of Casyn Buchman and Jodie Blackim topped Anya Minakova and Amelie Moyna Lobel 8-6.

In singles play, Maggie Plum picked up a point for the Ichabods winning 5-7, 6-4 and 10-8 in the super breaker at No. 4 singles over Olya Burak. Washburn's Ashlynn Sutton topped Moyna Lobel 6-4, 6-4 at No. 6 singles for the Ichabods' final point of the day as the Ichabdos fell to 3-10 overall and 2-4 in the MIAA.
