EMPORIA, Kan. – The Washburn Ichabod women's track and field team opened the 2021 outdoor season with nine personal bests, 13 top 10 finishes and two event winners at the Emporia State Spring Invitational.
The 4x100m relay team of
Darian Hillebert,
Mandana Vouillemin,
Shae Ware and
Isabella Hohl placed first in the event in a time of 48.27 and the Ichabods won their second relay team in the 4x400m relay of
Chia Okoro, Hillebert, Nikki Kraajeveld and
Lyndsay Stinson in a time of 3:59.73.
Tassilyn Bolin finished second in the pole vault with a personal outdoor best of 3.60m (11-09.75).
Also recording top five finishes were Hohl (3rd - 200m),
Shae Ware (4th – 100m) and Kraajeveld (4th – 400m hurdles).
