TOPEKA, Kan. -- Washburn men's tennis continues to hold the No. 1 spot in the NCAA Central Region rankings released on Wednesday afternoon by the organization.
In the final rankings before the NCAA Tournament bracket is revealed the Ichabods once again hold the top spot in the region. The six-team field also features Nebraska Kearney and Northwest Missouri from the MIAA with Harding, Ouachita Baptist and Southern Arkansas from the GAC.
The top four teams in the rankings will qualify for the NCAA Tournament with the top two seeds serving as host sites for one match. The winner of each will advance to the NCAA Championships.
The selection show is set for Monday, May 4 beginning at 7:30 p.m. CST streamed on NCAA.com
