Ichabod Cheer Tryouts

	Washburn Ichabods Cheer Tryouts Tryouts for the 2016-17 Washburn Cheer Team will be held April 23-24, 2016! Location: Dance Studio and Lee Arena, Petro Allied Health Center, Washburn Campus Please read the Information Packet for details about our tryout. All students trying out must submit a completed Tryout Packet prior to April 22, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. Mail or drop off completed packets to: Washburn University Athletics Attn: Sherry Newell 1700 SW College Ave. Topeka, KS 66621 Tryout Packet Checklist for New WU Cheer Members: • Completed 2016-17 Individual Application • Completed Tryout Waiver. If you are under the age of 18, you MUST have a parent co-sign this document • Proof of physical completed in the past 12 months. You will not be able to participate in the tryout without this! • 3x5 head shot photo. Senior portraits are acceptable, selfys are not. Pictures need to be full color and you will not get the picture back. • Proof of Washburn University acceptance. Please send a copy, not the original. Tryout Packet Checklist for Returning WU Cheer Members: • Completed 2016-17 Individual Application • 3x5 Head Shot Photo. Your roster photo from last season is a perfect example. • Proof of GPA. Your cumulative GPA must be 2.0 or higher in order to tryout. Absolutely no exceptions will be made for academic ineligibility! For questions, email Coach Sherry Newell at sherry.newell@washburn.edu.
