Washburn will host the Washburn Invitational presented by the Topeka Capitol Plaza Hotel on Sept. 6-7, 2019. The event, previously known as the Lady Blues Fall Classic, is in its 12th year and will feature eight teams on two courts in Lee Arena in the Petro Allied Health Center on the campus of Washburn University, located in the heart of Topeka, the capital city of Kansas.

Fans can purchase tickets
online or at the gate. Tickets are $10 for single day passes, and $15 for a two-day tournament pass.
The event, which has been hosted by Washburn 11 previous years since 2006, will feature representatives from four conferences/associations with three teams from the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA), three teams from the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC), and one team from both the Lone Star Conference (LSC) and Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC).
