Senior guard Casyn Buchman reached double figures in overtime alone Saturday as Washburn upset third-ranked Drury. She ended that game with a career-high 28 points as she was 9 of 18 from the field and 8 of 10 from the free throw line. She also had nine rebounds. She scored 14 points in the second half, including the final point on a free throw that sent the game to overtime. After that free throw she blocked Drury's desperation shot at the buzzer that could have won the game. She then made 6 of 6 free throws in the final 33 seconds of overtime to help put the game away. She played sparingly in Washburn's 30-point win over Benedictine on Tuesday and scored seven points.
