Samantha Carson was 2-0 with a 0.91 ERA in four appearances over the weekend for the Ichabod softball team.  On Feb. 19 against Northern State, she ptiched an eight inning complete game shutout allowing only two hits while striking out four in a 4-0 win. On Feb. 20 agaisnt Upper Iowa she pitched a career-high nine innings allowing three earned runs striking out four in an 8-4 win over the Peacocks. In two other games at the Winona State Dome Classic, she pitched six innings in relief allowing only two hits and did not allow a run.
