Alexis Czapinski, Washburn University

Alexis Czapinski, a junior from Lawrence, Kan., went 4-0 for the week, winning in singles and doubles against Fort Hays on Wednesday and Nebraska-Kearney on Friday.  She won both of her No. 1 singles matches in straight sets, defeating FHSUs Lubbers 6-2, 6-1, and UNKs Turarbek 6-4, 6-3.  Her and doubles partner Logan Morrissey took down the Tigers No. 1 doubles team 8-2 and the Lopers No. 1 team 8-1.
