SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- The Washburn Lady Blues fell 7-2 at the St. Mary's Classic to Southeastern Oklahoma. Washburn will be back in action on Feb. 13 when they travel to Edmond, Okla. when they will face Central Oklahoma in a doubleheader.

The Lady Blues stranded 11 base runners in the game while scattering seven hits with Tish Williams collecting three and Jessie Batres connecting on two hits. Lindsey Moore and Dani White had the other base hits for Washburn with Moore's hit going for a double. Moore's double in the sixth inning drove in Batres who singled to lead off the inning.
