TOPEKA, Kan. -- The No. 31-ranked Washburn Ichabod men's tennis team trailed 3-0 after doubles to Rockhurst and could not rally in singles as they fell 6-3 to the Hawks. Washburn will head to Florida on Saturday for three matches over spring break.

Bobby Florence won his No. 1 singles match 6-1, 6-4 over Truit Gray and Thilo Schlenker topped Luke Chmielewski at No. 3 singles 7-5, 7-5. Chance Joost beat Daniel Chmielewski 6-4, 6-1 at No. 5 singles for the Ichabods last point of the match.
