Weekly Notes | MIAA Tournament Bracket Warm ups . . . • The No. 39-ranked Washburn Ichabod tennis team will return to MIAA play for the first time since April 11 when they will host No. 16-ranked Northwest Missouri April 23 on senior day at the Washburn Tennis Complex.
• The Bearcats are ranked No. 1 in the latest NCAA Regional Rankings.
• After facing the Bearcats on April 23, the Ichabods will open the MIAA Tournament as the No. 5 seed and will face the No. 4-seeded Lindenwood Lions. The Lions topped the Ichabods 7-2 on April 9 in St. Charles.
• The winner of the Washburn/Lindenwood match will face the top-seeded Bearcats.
• Wednesday's match will be the final home match for seniors

Drop shots . . . • The Ichabods are looking to make the NCAA Regional tournament for the second-straight season and the 14th time in school history.
• The Ichabods are 59-77 in singles play this season going 39-57 in their dual matches. In doubles play, Washburn is 27-45 overall going 4-8 in dual match action.
• The Ichabods have four seniors on the squad this season with two juniors, a sophomore and two freshmen.

Arek Kozaczuk is ranked No. 9 in singles play in the regional rankings and
Bobby Florence is ranked No. 16.
• Kozaczuk and Fletcher are the seventh-ranked doubles team in the region in the latest rankings.

Bobby Florence's 57 career singles wins is 10th on Washburn's all-time win chart.
• The Ichabods are looking to get back to full strength after injuries to Florence and Fletcher this spring.
