TOPEKA, Kan. -- The No. 39 Washburn Ichabods were topped by No. 16 Northwest Missouri in the final regular season match. The Ichabods will face Lindenwood in the first round of the MIAA Tournament on Friday in Springfield, Mo.

Washburn picked up two wins in doubles play after Arek Kozaczuk and Steven Fletcher won at No. 1 and Bobby Florence and Chance Joost won their match at No. 2. However the Bearcats came back in singles play winning the top five singles matches in straight sets leading to the 6-2 NWMSU win.
