Season Stats

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- The No. 39 Washburn Ichabod tennis season came to an end with a 5-0 loss to No. 16-ranked Northwest Missouri in the MIAA Tournament Semifinals at the Cooper Tennis Center. Washburn finishes the season with a 7-13 record.

The Ichabods' No. 1 doubles team of Arek Kozaczuk and Steven Fletcher went to a tiebreaker falling 9-8 (7-4) to Sergio DeVilchez and Lluis Altmires. At No. 2 Chance Joost and Bobby Florence fell 8-4 while at No. 3 Marko Keulers and Thilo Schlenker lost 8-6. Washburn ten fell at No. 2 and No. 3 singles as the Bearcats wrapped up the match.
