• The Ichabods are 16-8 overall, 8-7 in the MIAA and seventh in the conference standings.
• The Ichabods have begun to work themselves out of a rough patch after losing four of five games to enter last week with back-to-back victories to close their home schedule.
• Reagan Phelan leads the team in scoring with 15.4 points/game and is making 41.6 percent (117-281)attempts from the field.
• On Jan. 14, Reagan Phelan become the third player in program-history to score 32 points in a single-game and first player with 30 or more points in over six seasons.

RECORD PLAYER NOTES
• Phelan cracked the top 40 in scoring in Washburn WBB history, entering the week at 39th overall with 695 points surpassing Cindy Keely (2003-07) and Emily Shopper (1995-97).
• Phelan has made the last 21 consecutive free throws. The WU record for most consecutive FTs made is 36 held by Nikki Olberding (1/3-21/1998).
• Bernard became just the third player in program history to notch 50 blocks in a single-season joining Jannica Beam who posted 53 blocks in 1992-93 and single-season leader Brenda Shaffer-Dahl who had 60 in 1988-89.
• Bernard also became just the 35th player in WU history to register 200 rebounds in a single season and is now 28 shy of cracking the single-season top 20.
AWAY FROM HOME
• The Ichabods are 5-4 this season when not playing at Lee Arena, including a 3-3 mark in MIAA road contests.
• In their seven true road games this season, the Ichabods are shooting .406 on FGs, .323 on 3FGs, and .752 on FTs, while opponents are shooting .401 on FGs, .333 on 3FGs, while converting .745 on FTs.

ABOUT EMPORIA STATE
• The Lady Hornets are 15-7 this season and sixth in the MIAA standings at 10-5.

WASHBURN TRADITION
The 2017-18 campaign marks the 49th season of Washburn women's basketball. The program is 883-392-1 all-time, has seen 23 seasons with at least 20 wins, and 17 appearances NCAA Division II Tournament appearances with the 2004-05 team crowned as national champions. From Jan. 26, 2005 to Mar. 11, 2006, Washburn won 51 consecutive games. The streak is the longest in NCAA Division II and sixth all-time in NCAA history.

• Washburn will close the season on the road against Southwest Baptist (2/17), Central Oklahoma (2/22) and Northeastern State (2/24).
