KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Hailey Beck was named MIAA Co-Goalkeeper of the Week for week four on Tuesday afternoon by the conference office. Beck is the first Ichabod women's soccer player to earn a weekly award from the conference in the 2024 season.

Beck played all 180 minutes across two weekend conference games as the Ichabods drew 0-0 with Central Oklahoma and defeated Newman 3-0. Against Central Oklahoma, Beck made four saves in net to keep the Bronchos off the scoreboard and secure the draw.

In the match against Newman, the Topeka, Kan. native made two saves to help the Ichabods record their sixth consecutive shutout. With Beck leading the defense, Washburn broke a school record for consecutive minutes played without allowing a goal, going 568 minutes and 44 seconds without an opponent finding the back of the Ichabod net.

Washburn continues conference play on Friday, traveling to Nebraska-Kearney for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
