KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The United Soccer Coaches released their All-American teams yesterday and named Washburn's
Belle Kennedy a First Team All-American.
"We are so proud of Belle. She has poured everything into this program, and we are so happy she is being recognized for her mentality and performances," said Head Coach
Davy Phillips. "She is such a disruptive player on the field, but has demonstrated an incredible amount of resilience and character as a person this year, and there is no one more deserving of this incredible honor!"

Belle Kennedy ends her Washburn career as a USC All-American First Teamer. The Auburn, Kansas native played 1406 minutes this season, and has played the second-most matches in Washburn Soccer history with 86(only four other Ichabods have played more, all with 87 games played). She has the second-most matches started, also with 86(only 3 other Ichabods have started more, all with 87 starts). Belle also racked up numerous accolades during her Ichabod career, including being a two-time NCAA Semifinalist, a two-time NCAA Central Region Champion, a two-time MIAA Regular Season Champion, the 2025 MIAA DPOY, and a three-time All-MIAA First Team selection. Kennedy also scored 12 goals in her career and added four assists.
