KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- For the second time in as many weeks a Washburn Ichabod has been selected as the MIAA Player of the Week as Jack Bachelor takes the honor for action ending on Dec. 21. Bachelor follows Dillon Claussen who won the award last week.

Bachelor averaged 19.5 ppg with 4.5 apg and 2.0 rpg as the Ichabods were 2-0 over two top-five teams last week going 8 of 13 from deep and 9 of 10 from the free thow line as the No. 1-ranked Ichabods improved to 13-0 on the season.

Against Lubbock Christian, he scored 20 points adding three steals with four assists in the win going 6 of 10 from the field and 5 of 8 from deep.

Against West Texas A&M, he scored 19 points with five assists and three rebounds hitting 3 of 5 3-point attempts and all six free throws. He also became the 30th Ichabod to go over 1,000 points for his career with his first 3-pointer of the game.

The Ichabods will return to action on Jan. 3 hosting Emporia State at 3 p.m.
