EMPORIA, Kan. – Record fell and NCAA provisional marks were broken on the second day of the ESU Relays as the Ichabod men's and women's track and field teams combined to break six school records adding nine NCAA provisional marks and four event champions.

On the women's side, Ilaria Villa won the discus with a throw of 51.73m (169-08) for a school record pulling in the best throw in the nation this season.
Theresa Osei won the triple jump with a mark of 11.84m (38-10.25) recording a school record in the process.
Isabel Demarco de Quadros was second in the pole vault clearing 4.17m (13-08.25) for an  NCAA provisional mark and the No. 2 height in the nation.
Kereser Augustin finished second in the 400m with a time of 55.20 for an NCAA provisional mark.
 
On the men's side,
Ransford Nti won the triple jump with a school record mark of 15.58m (51-01.50) – school record for an NCAA provisional mark and his jump is the No. 1-ranked jump this season.
Matteo Madrassi won the pole vault with at a school record height of 5.08m (16-08.00) for an NCAA provisional  mark and the No. 5-ranked height in the nation this year.
Ian Suther set the school record in the javelin at 59.99m (196-10) for an NCAA provisional mark.
