WARRENSBURG, Mo. - The Washburn Women's Golf Team leads the MIAA Championships heading into tomorrow's Final Round.
The Ichabods lead the MIAA Championships by two strokes over Nebraska-Kearney, Washburn is 46-over par, and shot 14-over par on day 2. Washburn is looking for their first-ever MIAA Team Tournament title in its second year as a program.
Susana Granados Carrion is tied for fourth after shooting a 73(+3) in round 2. She sits four shots back of the leader, Jessica Parker from Northeastern State.
Angelina Borg-Malec also shot 73 on day 2 and is tied for sixth place at 11-over par.
Aliyah North &
Keira Ronsick both shot 4-over in round 2. North is tied for 16th, and Keira is tied for 19th.
The Final Round tees off at 8:30 AM CT tomorrow, and the first Ichabod will tee off at 9:20 AM CT.
