INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The NCAA announced Sunday that the Washburn Women's Golf Team was selected in the field of 72 teams, as the 4 seed in their region.

The Ichabods head to St. Joseph, Mo., for the NCAA Women's DII Central Regional hosted at St. Joseph Country Club. Washburn was picked as the 4 seed, and will need to be inside the top-5 teams to advance to the NCAA Championships, May 12-16 at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

Washburn is joined by 8 other MIAA opponents, with only Rogers State being seeded higher than the Ichabods.  

The opening round of the NCAA Women's DII Central Regional is Monday, May 4th.
