Washburn University Athletics

Mark Wanner has been a member of Washburn baseball for two seasons playing in 40 games with 17 starts. In 16 games played this season, he led the team in batting average with a .424 clip collecting 14 hits in 33 at bats. He also scored four runs and drove in five more. Earlier this season against Regis, he went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double. Wanner is from Rochelle, Ill. and is majoring in kinesiology.
