TOPEKA, Kan. -- Washburn's Student Athlete Advisory Committee will host the second annual "Fun Day with the 'Bods" on Sunday, April 18 beginning with a 12:30 p.m. registration in Lee Arena inside the Petro Allied Health Center on the Washburn campus.

Athletes from the Special Olympics of Topeka and surrounding areas have been invited for this year's event which will have games, sports, music and prizes with Washburn student athletes. Last year more than 65 special olympians took part in the event for the first time.

The registration and check in begins at 12:30 p.m. and lunch is served from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. with the event kicking off at 1 p.m. and scheduled to wrap up at 3 p.m.
