SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Washburn picked up a 5-4 win over Southwest Baptist as Kristin McKee wrapped up the win with a three-set victory at No. 6 singles to help keep the Lady Blues perfect on the season improving to 6-0.

The Lady Blues swept doubles play as Jamie Blackim and Alyssa Castillo won their doubles match at No. 1 doubles, while Morgan Rainey and Whitley Zitsch teamed to win at No. 2 doubles while Elektra Hunter and Annie Doole won their match at No. 3 doubles to stake Washburn to a 3-0 lead. However SBU came back to take four singles matches while Blackhim won her No. 4 flight topping Andjela Panovski in straight sets leading to McKee's three-set win and match-clinching victory over Crystal Guiot winning 4-6, 6-4, 6-2.

Washburn will be back in action on March 22 against Cameron in Edmond, Okla.
