TOPEKA, Kan. – In its second competition of the season, the Washburn Ichabod women's track team tallied 15 top-10 finishes along with two NCAA provisional marks with and a school record at the Kansas Open hosted by the Ichabods in the Indoor Athletic Facility.
 
Lily Johnson finished second in the 800m breaking her own school record in the event in a time of 2:19.46.
 
Sierra Mortensen won the mile run in a time of 5:18.24.
 
Virgi Scardanzan was second in the pole vault recording an NCAA provisional mark and a indoor personal best with a mark of 3.96m (12-11.75). The mark is tied for the second-best in the nation this season. Rachael Mayberry was third with a height of 3.76m (12-04.00) which is the 11^th-best mark in the country this season.
 
Skyler Saunders finished second in the high jump with a mark of 1.66m (5-05.25).
