Ichabod men's cross country team finishes 13th at NCAA Central Regional

JOPLIN, Mo. – The Washburn Ichabod men's cross country team finished 13th at the NCAA Central Regional on the 10K Tom Rutledge Course on Saturday. 
 
David Kibet led the Ichabods with a 15th-place finish in a time of 30:14.12 as the fastest Ichabod time on the course. His time was nearly 90 seconds faster than his 10K time on the course at the regional 2019. Collen McLain was 33rd with a time of 31:04.58. Gabriel Chinya was 56th overall with a time of 31:39.52 and Brett Kulp finished 127th at 33:11.62.
 
Keetan Munsell was 139th in a time of 33:28.45 and Gustav Morch was 141st in a time of 33:29.18 and Cooper Griffin recorded a time of 34:44.47.
 
Augustana finished first with 43 total points followed by Missouri Southern with 81 and Pittsburg State with 92.
 
NCAA qualifiers will be announced next week.
