JOPLIN, Mo. – The Washburn Ichabod men's cross country team finished 13
th at the NCAA Central Regional on the 10K Tom Rutledge Course on Saturday.
David Kibet led the Ichabods with a 15
th-place finish in a time of 30:14.12 as the fastest Ichabod time on the course. His time was nearly 90 seconds faster than his 10K time on the course at the regional 2019.
Collen McLain was 33
rd with a time of 31:04.58.
Gabriel Chinya was 56
th overall with a time of 31:39.52 and
Brett Kulp finished 127
th at 33:11.62.
Keetan Munsell was 139
th in a time of 33:28.45 and
Gustav Morch was 141
st in a time of 33:29.18 and
Cooper Griffin recorded a time of 34:44.47.
Augustana finished first with 43 total points followed by Missouri Southern with 81 and Pittsburg State with 92.
NCAA qualifiers will be announced next week.
