SEWARD, Neb. – The Washburn Ichabod track and field team sent a contingent of athletes to the Concordia Twilight on Friday and came back with eight NCAA provisional marks and three school records. Some members of the Ichabods will be in action on Saturday at the UNK Loper Twilight.
 
Kereser Augustin won the 400m in an NCAA provisional time of 55.24 and Adriel Holloway finished second in the seeded hammer throw with an NCAA provisional mark of 54.60m (179-01).
 
Reagan Housley won the pole vault with an NCAA provisional mark of 3.85m (12-07.50).
 
Ashley Heavner picked up an NCAA provisional mark in the 400m hurdles in a time of 1:02.36.
 
Justice Akinmoladun finished second in the seeded shot, improving his NCAA provisional mark with a school record throw of 17.98m (59-00.00) for personal best.
 
The Ichabod relay teams also came back with a two NCAA provisional marks and two school records as the 4x100m relay team of Emeka Ogbonna, Tyler Mooney, Davion Gardenhire, Wyatt Heiman finished fourth in a time of 40.47.
 
The 4x400m squad of Jacob Herr, Tyler Mooney, Jeremy Garcia, Jake Muller finished fifth in a time of 3:13.70 for a school record and an NCAA provisional mark.
