WARRENSBURG, MO. - The Ichabod Women's Golf Team finished T-4th at the Midwest Classic.
"It was a great week for the team! Very impressed with how we handled a hard course over 54 holes. Always stuff we will want to work on and clean up, but 4th place in this tournament is big time, as it will consist of the majority of our region. Suzy has been solid all year, and another Top 5 finish for her. Angelina was big for us this week with her top 10, and Keira didn't have her best game, but gave us solid 3 rounds. Will be a short turnaround as we go to the Regional Preview at Missouri Western this next week," said Washburn Head Coach
Ronnie McHenry.
Susana Granados Carrion finished 3rd with a 54-hole score of +3. She shot a 71(+1) in the final round after being +2 at the end of day 1.
Angelina Borg-Malec finished top T-7th after she shot a final round score of 70(E).
