Seniors shine, but Ichabods fall short against Tigers
February 28, 2008
A hot second half for the Ichabods wasn't enough to erase Fort Hays State's hot first half as Washburn fell, 69-66 at Lee Arena to the Tigers. The loss snapped a five-game winning streak for Washburn and gave the Tigers their own five-game winning streak. Seniors Kyle Snyder, Grant Hargett, Brady Sisk and Andrew Meile were all honored for their contributions prior to the game during Senior Day ceremonies.

The Ichabods shot 50 percent in the second half and kept FHSU to 36 percent shooting as they tried to erase a five-point halftime deficit.
