After being outscored 42 to 13 in the first half, on 5 of 30 shooting from the field, the Ichabods imporved to 39 percent shooting in the second half as the Jayhawks outscored Washburn 43-40.

The Ichabods led 2-1 before the Jayhawks would go on to stretch their first half lead to as many 29 entering the break.

In the second half Washburn outrebounded the Jayhawks 22 to 18 while picking up 11 offensive rebounds.

Korey Fisher led the Ichabods off the bench with 14 points in 18 minutes going 6 of 6 from the free throw line.
Kevin House had eight points and
Alex North had seven rebounds, six points and three steals.

The Jayhawks were led by Cliff Alexander's 14 points and nine rebounds while Frank Mason III had 13 ponits and six rebounds.

Washburn finished the game 19 of 66 overall converting 14 of 36 shots in the second half. Overall the Ichabods were outrebounded by the Jayhawks 46 to 40.

The Ichabods forced 17 turnovers in the game while committing 15 of their own. Washburn also had seven steals compared to eight for the Jayhawks.
