HIGHLAND, Kan. – Turnovers paired with an early deficit plagued the Ichabod women's junior varsity basketball team as it fell to Highland Community College 99-33 Monday evening.

Hayley Thompson led Washburn with eight points and five rebounds.

Washburn will return to action on Dec. 1 when the teams travels to Parsons, Kan. to take on Labette County Community College.
