GREAT BEND, Kan. – The Washburn women's junior varsity basketball team wasn't able to overcome an early deficit eventually falling to Northern Oklahoma College Enid 77-52.
 
Washburn was led in scoring by Madison Vargo with 19 points. Sydney Paialii followed Vargo up with 10 points of her own. Macey Langvardt and Hayley Thompson recorded six rebounds each.
 
The Ichabods will return to action tomorrow afternoon when they face Iowa Western Community College with tip-off slated for 1 p.m.
