EDMOND, Okla. – The Ichabods finished in ninth place at the Oak Tree Invitational. No. 7 Oklahoma Christian took home first place in their tournament.
Cade Uhlenhake repeated his score from round two with another 72. Uhlenhake moved from tied 20th to 16th place which led the Ichabods. Jackson Wexler averaged a 75 throughout the event for 225, 15-over par. Wexler finish tied for 27th place.
Dawson Wills had a tough day two, hitting an 82, 12-over par. Wills moved down from 12th to tying for 41st. He started the round 12-over par in the back nine then settle down to hit par or under par in eight of the last nine holes.
Daniel Duffin stroked an 80, 10-over par in the final round to place 67th. Michael Bessenbacher ended strong with his best round scoring 77, moving him into 71st place
Chase Dillon, as an individual, finished tied for 57th, hitting 236, 26-over par. Dillon hit 79 in the first two round then ended with a 78 in round three
Washburn golf is back on the course next weekend in the Lion Invitational hosted by Texas A&M-Commerce at The Trophy Club.
