EMPORIA, Kan. – The Washburn Ichabod women's track and field team repeated its showing from last season's MIAA Outdoor Championships with 62 points and a seventh-place finish as the conference meet wrapped up on Sunday. The Ichabods will head off to last chance qualifying meets and stay tuned to wusports.com for updates.
Isabella Hohl picked up 17 team points for the Ichabods with a pair of second-place finishes in the 100m and the 200m finals. In the 100m, Hohl recorded an NCAA provisional time of 11.57 earning all-MIAA honors. In the 200m, Hohl broke her own school record with another NCAA provisional mark gaining eight more points.
In the relays, Hohl teamed with

Lyndsay Stinson,
Chia Okoro in the 4x100m earning a team point while breaking the school record with an eighth-place finish in a school-record time of 47.53. In the 4x400m relay, the same quartet gained three points breaking another school record with a time of 3:47.73 in an NCAA provisional time.
Taylor Gonzales team points for the Ichabods winning the 5000m individual title and all-MIAA honors defending her outdoor championship from last season with a time of 17:25.68. Gonzales also finished third in the 1500m earning all-MIAA honors and six team points with a time of 4:36.82.
Pittsburg State won the team title with 145 total points while Central Missouri was second with 117.5 and Lincoln was third at 93 points.
