JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Washburn Ichabod women's track and field team is in fourth-place after two days of the MIAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships picking up two all-MIAA honorees on Saturday while qualifying in a pair of events for Sunday's finals.

Eve Weber earned all-MIAA honors by finishing third in the 3000m steeplechase with a personal best of 11: 06.52  earning six team points for Washburn.

Rachael Mayberry took third in the pole vault earning all-MIAA honors and six team points by clearing a height of 4.01m (13-01.75).

Isabella Hohl is the top qualifier in the 100m after winning the prelims in a time of 11.40, just off her school record of 11.38. Hohl also qualified for the 200m finals on Sunday by finishing fifth in the preliminaries on Saturday in an NCAA provisional time of 24.09.

In the long jump, Kim Smith finished seventh with a mark of 5.77m (18-11.25) gaining the Ichabods two points in the team standings.

Paola Castaldi was fifth in the hammer with a school record and a personal best of 54.98m (180-05) topping her previous school record of 54.45m (178-08) as the Ichabods picked up four team points.

Nairui Krein finished fourth in the heptathlon tallying a school record 5000 points, topping the previous school record of 4911 points. With the fourth-place finish, Krein picked up five team points for Washburn's total.
