WARRENSBURG, MO. - The Washburn Women's Golf Team travels across the state line to play in the Midwest Classic at Mules National Golf Club.

"Big week for us to compare ourselves to most of our region and MIAA members as it's a designated conference event. Hopefully the ladies are prepared for a good challenge this week," said Head Coach Ronnie McHenry.

The team has placed 2nd and 4th in the opening two tournaments of the year.

The Ichabods will be competing against Arkansas Tech, Arkansas-Fort Smith, Central Missouri, Central Oklahoma, Fort Hays State, Missouri Southern, Missouri Western, Nebraska-Kearney, Newman, Northeastern State, Northwest Missouri, Pittsburg State, and Rogers State.

The tournament starts at 8:30 AM with a shotgun start, round 2 will start directly after round 1 is complete.
