TOPEKA, Kan. – The Washburn Ichabod men's and women's track team wrapped up a busy weekend at the Bryan Clay Invitational and the Beach Invitational in California on Saturday bringing back seven NCAA provisional marks and a school record.
 
At the Bryan Clay Invitational, Jordan Dale recorded an NCAA provisional height in the high jump with a personal best at 2.07m (6-09.50) en route to a fifth-place finish.
 
Isabella Hohl was ninth in the 100m with a time of 11.67 for another NCAA provisional mark.
 
The 4x400m relay team of Kereser Augustin, Ashley Heavner, Isabella Hohl and Katelyn Jones was 15th in the event with an NCAA provisional time of 3:48.33.
 
Shanice Hutson broke the school record in the discus with a 23rd-place finish in the event with a throw of 45.48m (149-02) edging out the previous mark of 45.38m (148-11). She was also 23rd in the shot put with another NCAA provisional mark of 14.05m (46-01.25).
 
Justice Akinmoladun was 22nd in the shot put with a distance of 16.67m (54-08.25) for an NCAA provisional mark.
 
Braden Rose was 16th in the discus with a mark of 52.55m (172-05) for an NCAA provisional mark.
