TOPEKA, Kan. – A busy three-day stretch came to an end for the Ichabod men's and women's track and field team with two meets in California at the Bryan Clay Invitational and the Beach Invitational. Washburn returns to action next week at the KU Relays at Rock Chalk Park in Lawrence.
 
 Alessandro Di Gregorio finished fifth in the high jump with a mark of 2.13m (6-11.75) for an NCAA provisional mark.
 
MacKobe Merwin won the pole vault C competition with a personal best mark of 4.75m (15-07.00) .

Kereser Augustin broke her school record for the second time over the weekend in the 400m in a time of 55.78 shaving .18 of a second off her time.
 
In the pole vault B competition, Reagan Housley finished second with a personal best height of 3.87m (12-08.25) for an NCAA provisional mark.

Paola Castaldi broke her school record in the hammer throw with a mark of 56.36m (184-11) with an NCAA provisional throw.
