TOPEKA, Kan. – The Washburn Ichabod women's track and field team set school records at two different meets competing at both the Arkansas Spring Invitational and the KT Woodman Classic on Saturday. The Ichabods are scheduled to be in action at several different meets in California next week, including the Bryan Clay Invitational, the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate, the Long Beach Invite and the LaVern Leopard Invitational, and the Kansas Relays.

The  4x100m relay team finished third in the event with an NCAA provisional mark breaking the school record with a time of 45.32.

The 4x400m relay team also returned with a school record and an NCAA provisional mark with a sixth-place finish time of 3:45.77.

In the pole vault, Isabel Demarco de Quadros took second place with a mark of 4.12m (13.06.25) for an NCAA provisional height and Reagan Housley was 12th clearing 3.82m (12-06.25) for an NCAA provisional mark of her own.

At the KT Woodman Classic in Wichita, Ilaria Villa placed second in the discus with a mark of 51.58m for an NCAA provisional throw.
