TOPEKA, Kan. – The Washburn Ichabod men's track team finished off the weekend with Day 2 of the Washburn Open on Saturday with 19 personal bests, a school record and two NCAA provisional marks. Next week, the Ichabods will have action scheduled on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Ichabod Mid-Week Challenge and the two-day Ichabod Invitational.
 
Wyatt Heiman finished fourth in the 200m breaking his own school record in the event with a time of 21.61 tallying a NCAA provisional mark besting his previous time of 21.70.
 
Washburn's other NCAA provisional mark was turned in by Josh Hopkins who finished fourth in the long jump with a distance of 7.20m (23-07.50).
 
Jordan Dale finished third in the high jump with a mark of 2.01m (06-07.00)
 
David Kibet was fifth in the 3000m with a personal best time of 8:31.37
