BOLIVAR, Mo. – The Washburn Ichabod men's track and field team finished third out of 19 teams bringing back two event champions as well as four NCAA provisional marks and 19 personal bests on the second day of the Southwest Baptist Invitational on Saturday. 

Wyatt Heiman won both the 100m prelims and the finals including an NCAA provisional mark in the finals with a time of 10.52.

Jordan Dale picked up his first individual title in the high jump with an NCAA provisional height of 2.06m (6-09.00) and Allesandro Di Gregorio was second with a mark of 1.97m (6-05.50).

Josh Hopkins was second in the long jump with an NCAA provisional mark of  7.66m (25.01.75)  which was the second-longest mark of the season entering the weekend.

Braden Rose was third in the discus with an NCAA provisional mark of 51.46m (168-10.00).

Missouri Southern finished first with 130 points in the team tally followed by Missouri S&T in second with 104 points. The Ichabods finished with 98 points. Northwest Missouri was fourth with 96 points and Pittsburg State had 79 points to finish fifth.
