David Carson - Golf (1982-85)
David Carson was a four-year lettermen of the Ichabod golf team. He helped the Ichabods to CSIC tournament championship titles and the NAIA District 10 championships in 1983, 1984 and 1985. He won the CSIC tournament and NAIA District 10 individual titles in 1984. He qualified for NAIA National Tournament in 1983,1984 and 1985 and recorded a top-25 finish at the NAIA National Championship Tournament following the 1985 season. He was namethe Washburn golf team most valuable player in 1984 and 1985. Carson was inducted into the Washburn Athletic Hall of Fame in 2015.
